Cancellation

Appointments require a deposit at booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time, or no-shows, will be charged 50% of the service amount. We send a reminder 48 hours in advance to give you time to reschedule without penalty.

Deposit

A deposit is required for every appointment and is applied directly to the cost of your service. If you cancel within the allowed window, your deposit is refunded in full. Outside that window, the deposit is forfeited and the cancellation fee applies.

Health and sanitation

All implements are sterilized between every guest. Single-use items, including files and buffers, are opened in front of you and discarded after the service. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule. We hold rescheduled spots without penalty when health is the cause.

Privacy

We collect only the information needed to book and serve you. Contact details are never sold or shared with marketing partners. You can opt out of any communication at any time by replying to a message or contacting the salon directly.

01How do I book an appointment?
Book online on this site at /book. You choose a service and time and secure the appointment with a deposit that is applied to the cost of your service.
02Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins are welcomed when we have availability, but because every appointment is private and unhurried, booking ahead is the surest way to guarantee your time.

Our color gel manicures are made to hold their finish for two to three weeks with normal wear.

Yes. We offer a gentle, quick Kids Manicure and Kids Pedicure for younger hands and feet.
07Where are you located and what are your hours?
We are at 146 E Ridgewood Ave, Ridgewood, NJ 07450. We are open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and closed Saturday and Sunday.
